Meet the Owner

My name is Crystal and I am the owner of Light of Mine Candle Supply. We are a black and female-owned small business based in Tucson, Arizona that started in July 2020. I also own a personal training company called On the Move Home Fitness which I started five years ago.

I grew up in Houston, Texas, and have an undergraduate degree in kinesiology as well as a master's degree in exercise science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. I also have my NASM in personal training and my NASM in nutrition training. 

I moved to Tucson, Arizona seven years ago with my husband - who is now a Veteran of the Air Force. We have two small sons who keep us on our toes and are a joy. Our family also has a four-year-old Amstaff pup named Kobe.

I am passionate about fitness, health, and traveling. I have performed in four fitness competitions and am a dancer trained in everything except tap. Besides my love for candles and fitness, I am also an avid reader and a huge advocate for the arts, human rights, and the environment.
